PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPN54 website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains how this service handles data related to accounts, billing, and support. Third-party payment pages handle information under their own policies and are not directly controlled by this policy.

Account and Service Data

VPN54 does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. Account identifiers, password verification data, and subscription status are used to authenticate logins, provide plan benefits, and handle account requests. An email address is not required for registration.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund processing details. They are used to verify payments, activate services, and resolve disputes. Support tickets help us identify issues; do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, or access credentials contained in subscription links.

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and feature usage so we can improve navigation and troubleshoot issues. These analytics are not used to analyze websites accessed through international routes.

No-Logs Policy and Traffic Measurement

VPN54 follows a no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users access through this service, or store browsing content, destination domains, DNS queries, or connection logs that could reconstruct browsing activity. We do not retain historical details linking accounts, source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times.

Cumulative traffic and remaining allowances needed to manage a plan are billing data. They are used to display usage and determine plan benefits, and do not include destinations visited. Temporary session status required while a connection is active is used only for traffic forwarding and connection management. It is not retained as a historical connection log after the session ends.

Website login authentication, order records, and support tickets are handled separately from network access logs. The no-logs policy does not mean that account and transaction records are deleted when a connection ends.

Cookies and Local Storage

The user panel uses browser local storage to save login credentials and language preferences, avoiding repeated authentication when navigating between pages. Website analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to group page visits into the same browsing session. This is limited to website analytics and does not extend to browsing activity over subscription routes.

You can restrict cookies, clear site data, or end a login session using the browser settings or the sign-out function. Clearing local storage may sign you out and reset preferences, but it will not automatically cancel a plan, delete an account, or remove server-side order records. Sign out after using a shared device.

Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider or transaction network. VPN54 receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify an order, and does not ask for the login password of a third-party payment account. Information involving a public transaction network is also subject to that network's public disclosure rules.

Related information is processed or disclosed only as needed to complete payments, provide necessary technical support, or meet legal obligations. Third-party pages determine their own information requirements and retention practices; verify the source of a page before submitting information.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept as required for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only while needed for support or analysis, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a uniform retention period that has not been verified.

To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket describing your request. This service will first verify account ownership. Deleting an account may affect login and subscription access. Transaction data that must be retained by law is not deleted immediately with the account; the reason will be explained during processing.

Policy Updates and Scope

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to data use, sharing, or user rights will be communicated through site announcements or the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, continued access does not constitute consent.

For rules on service use and refunds, please see the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If you have questions about this policy or data handling, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel.
